A&Z Sales, LLC (“A&Z,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to ship orders quickly and accurately while complying with all applicable laws. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Order Processing

In-stock accessories and gear generally ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Ammunition generally ships within 3–5 business days once federally required age verification is complete.

Firearms ship within 3–5 business days after we receive a copy of your selected dealer’s valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via a trackable ground service (e.g., UPS Ground or FedEx Ground). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

An adult signature (21 +) is required for all firearm and ammunition deliveries.

Estimated transit times provided at checkout are not guarantees; weather, carrier workload, or regulatory reviews may extend delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.
3. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions

Firearms must ship to an FFL dealer of your choosing; we do not ship firearms directly to individuals across state lines.

Ammunition ships only to customers who meet federal minimum-age requirements (18 + for shotgun/rifle ammo, 21 + for handgun or other ammo) and where permitted by state and local law.

A&Z fulfills orders only where allowed by law. You are responsible for any permits, licenses, or other requirements in your jurisdiction.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. A&Z Sales, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will help you file a carrier claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders promptly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered the shipping queue. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
